Nomura spoke on Rotary’s humanitarian work worldwide to an audience of 500 Rotarians. Rotary club presidents are required to attend a PETS training prior to serving as a club president. Nomura has been involved in over 20 PETS, including Southwest PETS, High Country PETS, and the Great Lakes PETS.
